Ahmed has joined us with over 14 years of extensive experience in automotive service, including passenger vehicles, heavy commercial vehicles, buses, and motorcycles. He brings strong expertise in workshop and bodyshop operations, customer service, vehicle diagnostics, and team supervision. Having held key roles such as Service Reception In-charge, Ahmed is well-versed in managing service operations, handling customer requirements, and ensuring high-quality standards. He is committed to efficiency, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
