Alamin brings over 6 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, and cashiering within Qatar. He has worked with Ooredoo Qatar, Al Meera, and New Madeena Hypermarket, where he handled customer support, POS transactions, cash management, and real-time service monitoring.

He has strong expertise in CRM tools, cash handling, inventory support, and customer relationship management, with a proven ability to maintain accuracy and deliver excellent service in fast-paced environments.
