We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you the newest member of NBK Project Promotions, Ms. Roua Halawa, Product Specialist.

Roua brings over 4 years of experience in medical laboratory technology and laboratory equipment support across Qatar and Jordan. She has worked with Gulf Laboratory in Qatar and Qlab in Jordan, where she has gained hands-on experience in laboratory operations, medical device support, technical troubleshooting, and customer engagement.

She has strong expertise in Roche, Abbott, Sysmex, and BioMaxima analyzers, with experience in assisting with the installation, calibration, and validation of laboratory equipment, quality control, user training, troubleshooting, and consumables management. She also brings experience in medical device sales and after-sales support, developing customer relationships, and supporting laboratory teams.
