Leave Application & Duty Resumption Guidelines

Dear Colleagues

To ensure compliance with company policy and smooth processing of leaves and associated payroll, kindly review the below and adhere to the following guidelines regarding leave requests and duty resumption in Success Factors:

  1. Planned Leave – Submit your leave requests at the earliest opportunity to allow for planning and processing in accordance with your leave dates.
  2. Unplanned/Sick Leave – Submit your leave request on the same day of absence or immediately upon returning to work.
  3. Annual Leave with Settlement – Requests must be submitted at least one month in advance and should be for a minimum of 21 days.
  4. Annual Leave Extensions – All extension requests must be made through SuccessFactors and approved before your originally approved leave end date –
  5. Duty Resumption –
  • Required for all employees returning from 5 or more consecutive days of leave.
  • Required for all unpaid leave, regardless of duration.

All of the above functions are conveniently available on the NBK SuccessFactors app from your mobile devices.
