He has previously worked with Al Mana Motors Company and Ooredoo Qatar, where he gained extensive experience in customer interactions, appointment coordination, sales lead management, and resolving customer concerns.

He has strong expertise in customer service, inbound call handling, workshop coordination, lead management, appointment scheduling, escalation management, and customer satisfaction, with experience supporting both sales and after-sales operations in the automotive sector.
