We would like to take this opportunity to announce our latest addition to the NBK- Qatar Automobile Company team. Mr. Assem Badawy Ghoneimy joins us as CRM Manager, reporting to General Manager, Mr. Frank Zauner. Assem has extensive experience in the field of CRM  across the automotive and telecom sectors in Doha.  He has a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic CRM initiatives, optimizing customer journeys, and harnessing data-driven insights to drive business growth.

Prior to joining Qatar Automobile Company, Assem was heading Group CRM activities at the Al Mana Group ( Ford, Chrysler, Hertz, Al Mana Maples, etc).  He attributes his success to commitment, ongoing learning, strong customer relations, brand awareness and leadership.

In his new role, Assem will be responsible for overseeing CRM strategic activities for Mitsubishi, MG, Fuso, Ziebart and other brands. He will play a vital role in shaping customer relationships, and retention.  Optimizing all CRM processes in sales, marketing and service to drive commercial success across the business.
