Hana brings over 10 years of experience in automotive sales and customer service across Qatar and Tunisia. She has previously worked with Alfardan Automobiles – MINI, where she managed sales activities, supported customer engagement and satisfaction initiatives.

She has strong expertise in customer experience management, sales operations, customer engagement, CRM coordination, and relationship management. Her experience also includes managing VIP customer experiences with Qatar Airways, training and supporting team members, maintaining sales records, managing vehicle inventory, and collaborating with marketing and CRM teams to generate new leads. She was also recognized as a MINI Top Sales Achiever.
