Job Summary
Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities by targeting companies that need to acquire or upgrade their fleets, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by using a customer care directory, whilst achieving set standards of performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Increase unit sales and market share.
- Achieving the targets and goals set monthly and annually.
- Conquest, introduce and grow new accounts.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction among all assigned accounts.
- Maintain current data for customer profiles .
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services sold by the company
- Facilitate resolution of customer satisfaction issues including coordination and follow up with other departments and branches
- Facilitate timely deliveries of customer units.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
- Maintaining sales files as per the company’s compliance policy
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or High School.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Negotiation Skills
- Ms Office skills
