Job Summary

Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities by targeting companies that need to acquire or upgrade their fleets, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by using a customer care directory, whilst achieving set standards of performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Increase unit sales and market share.
  • Achieving the targets and goals set monthly and annually.
  • Conquest, introduce and grow new accounts.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction among all assigned accounts.
  • Maintain current data for customer profiles .
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services sold by the company
  • Facilitate resolution of customer satisfaction issues including coordination and follow up with other departments and branches
  • Facilitate timely deliveries of customer units.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
  • Maintaining sales files as per the company’s compliance policy

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or High School.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Ms Office skills
