- Follow set guidelines to meet incoming visitors and help them locate the specified department in the organization.
- Help the staff members with crucial tasks related to scheduling, agendas, and meetings, ensuring fluent corporate functioning.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and visitors by supplying clear and concise details about the organization.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
- Job requirements :
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree
- 1-3 years related experience
- Bilingual
