Job Summary

Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities by targeting companies that need to acquire or upgrade their fleets, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by using a customer care directory, whilst achieving set standards of performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities by targeting companies that need to acquire or upgrade their fleets.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in the automotive industry.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction index.
  • Meeting with clients to understand their needs and present appropriate vehicle options, including pricing and financing options.
  • Developing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating terms, and closing sales deals with clients.
  • Managing the sales process from initial inquiry through to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
  • Sell vehicles to businesses and individuals to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction index.
  • Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and inventory levels to effectively sell vehicles and maximize profit margins.
  • Tracking and reporting on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree/ High Diploma.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • MS office Skills.
