Job Description…

  • Review and process warranty claims submitted by customers, dealerships, and service advisors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with warranty policies.
  • Verify warranty coverage based on customer records, service history, and warranty terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to gather necessary information and documentation to support warranty claims.
  • Accurately enter and maintain warranty claim data in the system, including parts, labor, and related expenses.
  • Ensure all required documentation, such as repair orders, invoices, and supporting photographs, is complete and attached to the warranty claims.
  • Communicate with customers, dealerships, and warranty representatives to provide updates on claim status, requirements, and resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as service advisors, technicians, and parts department, to facilitate claim approvals and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Verify and reconcile warranty payments received from manufacturers or extended warranty providers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date warranty records, documentation, and databases.
  • Monitor warranty trends, identifying potential product or service issues, and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist customers with warranty-related inquiries, providing prompt and satisfactory resolution.
  • Prepare and provide regular warranty reports and analysis to management, highlighting claim status, trends, and metrics.
  • Stay updated on warranty policies, procedures, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to customers and internal teams.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in warranty administration.
